Foods We Should Never Eat Again...Really?

9 FOODS YOU SHOULD NEVER EAT -- STARTING THE DAY AFTER SUPER BOWL SUNDAY

CleanPlates.com founder Jared Koch becomes a big wet blanket and maps out 9 foods you should never touch again.

   Canned tomatoes - The BPA in canned tomatoes is "especially concerning"

   Deli meats - They're poor quality meats packed with sodium

   Margarine - It's filled with trans fat

   Vegetable oils - "Your ratio of omega-6 fatty acids to omega-3 fatty acids should be about one-to-one." Because of vegetable oil, "it's closer to 15-to-one."

   Microwave popcorn - The bag's liner contains PFOA, a toxicant and carcinogen in animals. It clings to popcorn when microwaved. It's linked to infertility, liver and testicular cancer.

   Non-organic potatoes - They're heavily sprayed and they're root vegetables, so they take up a lot of the pesticides and fungicides

   Table salt - A little won't kill you, but you'll get more nutrients from sea salt

   Soy protein isolate - This isn't whole soy. It's the nutrient stripped, highly refined substitute.

   Artificial sweeteners - If you can't find it in nature, avoid it.
